How to know if you are stressed
We've all heard the word, know it's effects, but how do we really know if we are stressed? What is stress? What is that thing that rears its ugly head into our lives, destroying our families? Stress is the feeling we get when we are going to endure something beyond our control. It's the bodies normal response to these types of problems. Everyday is full of stress and challenges. It's the way we all function. Stress can be good to a point and help us accomplish those daily milestones. We all get things done because of stress. It gives us that little boost of energy to get the job done. However, too much stress can be bad for our health. Leaving us run down and vulnerable. So, what are the signs and symptoms of this common phenomenon that grip millions everyday. Listed below are some of the symptoms.

What can you do to rid yourself of the tolls stress has taken on your body? Take some quiet time in a dark room, light some candles and relax. A warm soak in the bath or hot tub will knead away tension. Spending time doing something fun with that special someone will lighten the load, or just getting away for a weekend, always does wonders for stress. Stress is a big part of life.
