Obesity and uncontrolled weight gain is one of the most common problems faced by people all over the world today. In case you are still not able to gain weight then you must further increase your intake of calories to about 250 more calories. It is necessary to stay away from fatty foods. Even if you want to gain weight you should stay away from fatty foods. Do not eat fatty and high sugar foods like burgers, chips, ice creams, cakes and confectionaries. You can however eat lot of high protein foods like fish and eggs. You can also have a lot of vegetables, fruits, meat and turkey for weight gain. You should also drink a lot of water.
